Transparent NDIS Support Pricing
Driven Support uses the applicable 2026-27 NDIS Pricing Schedule rates for standard 1:1 community participation supports.

Weekday evening$81.07/hour
Saturday$103.54/hour
Sunday$133.50/hour
Public holiday$163.46/hour
2-hour minimum booking
Rates shown reflect the National Disability Insurance Scheme Pricing Schedule 2026-27 effective from 1 July 2026. The applicable support, rate and any additional costs are agreed with the participant before services commence.
Transport during support
Where transport in a Driven Support vehicle forms part of an agreed participant support, participant transport is charged at $1.00 per kilometre.
Transport arrangements are discussed and agreed before supports commence.
Any significant parking, tolls, entry fees or other activity costs will be discussed beforehand wherever possible.
Cancellations
Cancellation arrangements, notice periods and any applicable charges are explained clearly before ongoing supports begin.
Participant and provider responsibilities
Participants, nominees and Driven Support each have responsibilities around respectful communication, accurate information, agreed arrangements and raising concerns early.
Service suitability and safety
We consider participant goals, support needs, venue requirements, transport, risk and safety before confirming any support arrangement.
Complaints, privacy and consent
You can raise feedback or concerns at any time. We handle personal information purposefully and discuss consent, including photography or media consent, separately and clearly.
