Participant rights

Participant rights
set the direction.

Good support is built on choice and control. These rights are not fine print. They are part of every conversation and every day with Driven Support.

Support should
feel safe.

You can ask questions, request changes, bring an advocate or tell us when something does not feel right. We will listen and respond respectfully.

Our commitment

Clear information.
Honest conversations.

We explain supports, boundaries, costs and practical details in a way that makes sense to you. We do not promise what we cannot deliver, and we will tell you if we are not the right fit.

If you have concerns about a support or decision, you can speak to the person supporting you, contact our team or use our complaints pathway. You can also contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission independently.
