Driven Support is intentionally beginning with a small participant caseload so each potential support can be understood, planned and delivered responsibly.
Limited / pre-launch expressions of interest
Referrals and expressions of interest are welcome.
We are currently speaking with suitable self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants across selected areas of South East Queensland. Availability depends on location, requested days and times, support requirements, transport, safety planning and whether Driven Support is the right fit.
Submitting an enquiry or referral does not create a service agreement or guarantee availability. We will be clear about current capacity during the first conversation.
