What we collect
We may collect the information you choose to provide when you enquire, make a referral or work with us. This can include contact details, support preferences, access needs and information relevant to planning safe support. Client onboarding also collects relevant health and safety information, emergency contacts, billing details, separate consent choices and typed signatures. Please provide only information needed for your support.
Why we use it
We use information to respond to enquiries, understand support needs, communicate with you, plan agreed support and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to keep information secure and limit access to people who need it for their role. The information submitted through this website is not included in public URLs or public page content.
Online client paperwork is stored for private staff review. Unsent answers are kept only on the page unless you choose to sign in and save an unfinished draft. Saved drafts can contain health, safety and consent information; they are stored on our server and can only be resumed using the account that saved them. We use Clerk to authenticate draft accounts; health answers are not sent to Clerk or stored in your browser's persistent storage. Each account can save one unfinished pack. Drafts expire 30 days after the last save and are removed when you submit or choose to delete them. Expired drafts cannot be resumed and are cleared when the service starts and at least hourly while it runs. Signing confirmations and typed signatures are never stored as part of a draft. Unsaved changes are lost if you leave or reload. On shared devices, sign out and close the page.
After submitting, print or save your copy before leaving; there is no public link to retrieve your completed paperwork. Signed submissions are kept unchanged, with provider review recorded separately. Changing an agreement requires a new deliberate signature, never an edit to a previously signed submission.
Disclosure
We only share information when you ask us to, when it is necessary to provide agreed support, or when required by law. We explain this wherever it is safe and practical to do so.
Consent and choice
You can choose what information to share in an initial enquiry. Onboarding asks separately about transport, named information-sharing recipients and each type of photograph use. Optional photographs are not a condition of receiving support. You can withdraw consent for future sharing or image use by contacting us; previously published material may already have been copied by others.
Access and correction
You can ask what information we hold, request a correction or ask a question about how it is used. Email drivensupportqld@gmail.com or use our contact form.
Questions or concerns
Contact us if you have a privacy question or use our feedback and complaints pathway if something needs attention.
